Went to work out after work. I have been very emo recently and even worse these few days. Sigh, i should get out of the place, the position. I simply couldn't take more of that.

Had a good chat with Cherii and we conforted each other. lol
Had a good laugh at Wannie's 38-ness.
Had a good work out at gym.
Had a good laugh at Jed's facebook updates.

It's not that bad after all.

Box of Love

Finally, i've sent my box of love off to Kyoto. after much procrastination

It's a 2008 Christmas gift + 2009 birthday gift (February 20th) to my beloved host sister, Asaji. (Yah, i'm very cheapskate. i know i know :P) Despite the normal Esprit towel, i make an effort *ahem* to do name embroidery on the towel ok. :P

Well, Japanese are very into giving and receiving gift thingy. I'm still receiving gift at least once a year from Asaji ever since i home-stayed in her house. It's very heart warming to see her effort translating Japanese to English when she wrote me birthday cards, letters, christmas cards, postcards and email. I'm still as happy as a little girl when i get parcels and cards from Asaji. Receiving gifts and surprises are the moments I don't realise how big my mouth is, can smile from ear to ear. I've seen a recorded video before, it's gross. Blame the braces which make my jaw line so wide.

That's how lovely she is. And the gifts are always sweet and meaningful and canggih. LOL. I used to get this mineral water chiller, which is pretty cool. She sent it with the mineral bottle itself, but without the water inside. :P As she knows i love Muji's pretty much, so i got ti-ti-tok-tok of stuff from Muji. hehe

Compare to the gift i sent her, shame on me. I usually get things that are less than 1000g, to avoid the bomb of postage. I am again very cheapskate. :P I think Poslaju or PosMalaysia is overcharging us. When i see the amount of money she paid for a large parcel, it's just very cheap (for them) and the delivery lead time is 5-6 days!

The first few years upon knowing her, she sent me lots of snacks, cakes which don't look edible(but they are), chocolates and crackers as she remember how surprise(sua-ku) i was to see the varieties of junk food they have, and they are too cute to be consumed, therefore i think she couldn't forget myl 16 year old fat girl look, as she still buy me snacks and potato chips in takoyaki flavour 2 years back and also a lovely Swarovski Nail Files which i never use.

I think Japanese do manicure consistently. Sis was saying her host sister did her superb manicure at 23,000 Yen. She wrote for her somemore in case she doesnt understand. She do it on monthly basis.. Sis added that the host sister still can do household chores with her manicure on! Like washing dish. haha. (oh japanese use dish washer machine, just need to arrange the dirty plates into the machine, no wonder)

Curi-ed her pic

Here's what i got from Asaji last year. Lunch box, unbrella, facial oil blotter, chop stick, chop stick case, multi color pen, strawberry wafer... I was snapping around and have fun looking at these little thing and kc gave a 'Errrrrrrr' look.

I can simply feel contented with little things. Quote from David "Got 'sum' jao very happy la" :D

Caught a cold

I was driving on a busy road yesterday. Suddenly, i had an impulse to sneeze. It was so irresistable that i was trying so hard to forcefully keep my eyes open to curb the sneeze. Worse was, my hands were on the steering wheel maneuvering and my car was already at the middle of the road crossing a T-junction and the few second was so critical that either i accelerate with closing eyes and sneeze or sneeze and accelerate, which both could lead to disaster. :P Eventually, i die-die sneeze with closing eyes for 3 consecutive seconds and luckily i'm still here, blogging.
I google up and got to know that it is impossible to keep you eyes open when you sneeze. :P

Oh yeah, I'm back! TADAIMA! :D

Life is pretty tough and i am now learning to savour the sweet and the bitter part of it. As i dread and fumble around trying out new things, i met a lot of good souls. Though i got much covet over their fortune and triumph, however it got me thinking. pretty much. I have been hiding and running from the reality, sometimes questioned who should i be. how to be one good soul. Sigh, it was an identity crisis thingy.
It was hard, when you love your love ones more than you, you hardly hear yourself, your need. A moment later, you started to blame them, for stealing yourself and heck you forgot it was you who was willing to make it happen. When you're finally sober, you know you should put on your shoes, and get set for a new life.
Spending time with family is nevertheless, the greatest thing in life.
I missed my friends so much you know! :D
